Iris – 48H

SYNOSPIS

Iris is a young girl who has lost her zest for life. She organizes one final date with the love of her life.

THE PROJECT

The film was written, shot, and edited in 48 hours. The constraints were that it had to feature a blind person and a tattoo. These elements had to be included in the project. The film had to be a dramedy. We used blindness to justify the dramatic aspect. The beach and the sunset, although somewhat cliché, perfectly capture the magic of the moment. The setting sun also serves as a subtle metaphor foreshadowing the rest of the story. The project was shot with a team of eight in the Bordeaux region. The beach used was Le Porge.

MY ROLE

I contributed to the writing, the direction of actors, and the logistics.
