Life Is Strange : Out of Sight – Files

SYNOSPIS

A DLC in three episodes set in 1980s Arcadia Bay. Olivia, a 16-year-old editor of the Blackwell Academy newspaper, discovers she has the ability to become invisible. She uses her power to help her best friend, Bradley, who is being bullied.

THE PROJECT

In my second year of my master’s at LISAA, we were tasked with creating a DLC for the first Life Is Strange. We were divided into three groups, each responsible for writing a different episode that all connected. Our group was responsible for creating the characterization of the antagonists, and we then collaborated with Game Artists to produce a 3D environment for our episode, the character design of one of the characters, a cinematic, and the dialogues. After finishing the project, we presented it to Raoul Barbet, one of the writers of the first Life Is Strange.

MY ROLE

On the project, I was responsible for the overall gameplay. I worked as the lead on Episode 3, where I wrote the script and dialogues (in English). I was also in charge of the cinematic, writing, and storyboarding.
